Ranno from a different era!

This skin was inspired by BraxonGG's "Mr. Burn & Watch" on Workshop. I saw it for the first time late last night and decided to make a quick Ranno variant myself, as I wanted to make another Ranno skin and it is an idea that I liked.

The stage skin in the thumbnail was made in about 5 minutes and will not be public, was purely made for that thumbnail alone.


Some additional info:
- 16 color palettes, based on Ranno's default palettes and some additional custom ones.
- Poison sash blinks when you have a full stack of needles, just like the original Ranno and unlike my Dealer Ranno skin. (which should also be updated to 2.0 today, with additional color palettes thanks to the new workshop update)

There are some bugs/side effects that come from using the Ranno skin template, such as:
- After-image effect from airdodging/rolling is dependent on color slot and are affected by your custom colors, along with some poison effects not being changed from the sprite edits. This may look strange, but it is what it is.
- The game is prone to crash if the *lobby leader* uses normal Ranno while the guest uses a workshop Ranno skin. To avoid this, simply make sure the lobby leader is the one using the workshop Ranno skin and vice versa. Both using a workshop Ranno skin or both using normal Ranno are fine. (**This is a bug I discovered with Dealer Ranno when that released and I am not sure if it still a problem, but I decided to keep this here regardless. If this crash no longer happens under these scenarios I will edit this out, thanks!**)
