My first Background NPCs addon, it wasn't that complicated for me, but we'll see if you like it

- First Star: Normal Metrocops HD

- Second Star: Protection Metrocops

- Third Star: Specialist Metrocops

- Fourth Star: Elite Metrocops

I could be wrong, But didn't there used to be a bunch of these types of mods for backround npcs that would convert them to vj npcs? Maybe I just can't find them but im fairly confident that they no longer exist.

Use the model directory. For Example: 'models/dpfilms/metropolice/female_police.mdl' under "civil_defense.models = {" command, I can,t explain it in commentary chat
