Thanks to bitdefender (!) we know some microsoft games/applications blocked by it. I also experienced a problem for Forza horizon 4 (for steam)
If you tried disabling bitdefender shield, it just doesnt work like that.
You can fix it by adding exception (exe file) to the advanced threat defense functionality.
