[In-Depth Description]
Low item count, small size, simple build and simple functionality. The "Scarlet" is an attempt by Phoenix Enterprises Submarine Development to harness the power of a Thalamus via cooperation, effectively combining broken-down submarines such as the Stratus, Razorfin, Neptune-Altara Station, Dugong, and Berilia. Its primary defense mechanism is two autocannons and a "Scream" ability operated by the navigation terminal which deals massive damage to monsters that get near the shell.

We really didn't expect it to work this well..
