Kuvaus
Changes the value of REQUIRED_POP_GROWTH_SCALE and REQUIRED_POP_ASSEMBLY_SCALE to 0.15, down from 0.5

This mod allows pops to grow faster into the late game, while still resulting in less total pops than in version 2.8.

Thanks. Been looking at a few different mods that do the same thing and trying to figure out which will work best for me. It was just quite frustrating with the 0.5 scale from default in 3.0, as I could barely grow the new planets I had terraformed around midgame.

You didn't include a commons file. The file path should be common\defines rather then just defines.

Otherwise, your changes will not be deployed into the game.

Just create a folder called "common" and move your defines folder into it. It'll work then.
