I combined maps of all the regions and most of the caves and connected the transition points between regions with lines for you to easily find the appropriate map. Now updated for game version 1.99 (PERILOUS CONSTRAINT).

All the region maps are properly scaled to each other, meaning a 100 x 100 meter square on the map is 100 x 100 pixels on the image, except for the cave maps which are bigger. You can easily measure distances in your image software of your choice by drawing a line, remember 1 px on the map = 1 meter in game.
