I managed to solve it, but unfortunately not in the intended way.
When you put paint on the wall (and not the floor right below it), and you put paint next to the fizzler. You can clear the fizzler by jumping into the wall.

Couldn't work this out, so looked at the video - very clever!

This was pretty challenging. Honestly the only annoying part was trying to climb up those stairs with the blue goo. I kind of wish the walls of it were grated so I wouldn't bounce off of them. Fun puzzle though. I solved it in the end.

I played 4 more. Been enjoying these. One of them I had played before though in my first video I did. I think I probably broke this one and maybe one of the other 2 new ones I played. Regardless, very good puzzles!
