Stand near the roses and push A button. For like a minute or two a sound clip will play. After that the achievement of will pop up.

You need to stay nealing until it pops up. It might make a difference if you kneel by the tape reel otr the rose. I did the tape first, didn't work, then I kneeled by the rose for about 1.5 mins and it poped up.

Did you wait for like a minute till the clip ends? or else try verifying cache in properties.
