Download this, extract it, and put the html folder in /GarrysMod/garrysmod/ for this Addon to work!

Half-life 2 Like Level Transitions instead of the gmod big ass screen that looks garbage
overall a better level transition

If anyone is lua savvy I kindly ask if they can help me find the solution to an issue I have with this addon, some addons break this one from working completely and I cannot find which ones or find out why it breaks
EDIT: Previous statement still kinda true, however it seems to stop working due to write speeds and the amount of hooks attached to gm:shutdown. so I can't do much without async write or hook priority or something

Never mind, For some reason, SteamOS didn't like the link. I switched to my Windows PC and it worked, then I simply transferred the file back to the Steam Deck.
