This is a compilation of all the journal locations to make it easier to follow them, instead of searching through reddit or youtube. The videos are divided by area so you don't have to watch a 20 minute video if you are only missing 1-2 journals. I have also listed them in ascending order by game progress. Hope you find this useful!

EXPEDITIONS JOURNALS:
After you completed the story and got all the journals available in all areas, go to First City Camp and you will find an additional Journal right at the camp exit, on the left side.

All of the remaning journals are found inside Expeditions, they will be atuomatically awarded upon completing each unique expedition. Each expedition has a journal related to the end-boss, so you need to kill the boss and finish the expedition in order to get it.

I know, it's stupid. But you can create 5 characters in total so you have one chance left. If not, maybe send a ticket to People Can Fly?

I have all 4 characters pumped. Delete anyone to create a new one and just check?
This is at least stupid, agree? Why not just make it possible to replay the intro as any episode?

It should be found at the very beginning of the game, when you first arrive on Enoch. But if you have multiple characters there is a bug that resets it.Try making a new character, play the prologue and see if you get it.

Yeah, I've been able to understand where and how to get the last missing notes and journals after my two first successful expeditions.

@Fighting-Priest - Yes, it's been there since the demo. To be honest there is no point in getting the journals again on another character, the accolades are shared between all you characters. But if it bothers you, then on the new character you made, double click on each journal and it will dissappear if you haven't collected it yet. It's the only way to reset them that I know of.
