09/06/2022 Update:
Repacked map using Crowbar
Now includes navmesh, fixed (hopefully) cubemaps and a in-game map image

29/11/2021 Update:
Redecorated construction office
Fixed visible brushes having nodraw texture
Fixed brush clipping
Made exterior of construction office less ugly
