PLS-160 MK II Resource Processing Large Ship

Survival & Server Friendly, No Mods

PLS-160 MK II is a decently sized ship made for transporting and processing resources and components.
Designed to support a crew of up to 4 members and land on all planets with a multi-kiloton load this ship is a must-have for extensive mining operations.

Being a MK II model, this ship is an improvement of the original PLS-160.

Improvements Include:
  • Larger Hangars
  • Double the amount of O2/H2 Generators
  • A fully reworked front bridge and a glorious top bridge with a great view.
  • Connectors on the sides for easier docking.
  • Twice as much backward thrust.
  • More gyroscopes for better turning.
  • And other smaller tweaks.

Probably one of the best ships I've seen. Only QOL change i can think of, would be moving the back half of the production section, to give a passageway between the 2 gates instead of having to go all of the way around. Love the accessibility of all of the parts, and the terminal groupings are insane.

I haven't built a lot of large grid ships (this one is my biggest at the moment) so it does have some issues, future models are going to be even better.

I'm actually impressed that there isn't a single script running on the ship. This is some truly intricate work. About the only thing I could complain about is the lack of more docking space for smaller ships.

I just lost 14 hours of my life going through every nook and cranny of this ship. Wow is it made well. I got almost 2200 hours in the game and cant even come close. I have a personal version of it now with my better block modded items in it. So good. Thank you for making this.
