Pardon for my ignorance, haven't fully used this yet but is this craftable because these weapons are supposedly quest rewards right?

Just in case, I really like it if it's craftable hehe

I get this red error at starting :
Config error in Gun_PlasmaRifle: verb 0: has incorrect forcedMiss settings; explosive projectiles and only explosive projectiles should have forced miss enabled
...

CE now works, they have a native patch. Anyway I can just get the guns for this, I don't want to use vikings or insects?
