Loadout Overview

For the clothes, it's mandatory to use the 46th Presidential mask and optionally a nice looking suit with a fitting pair of gloves to go with it.

Assault Weapons: Primary

As the primary we will be taking the CAR-4, also known as AR-14.It is modded with standard concealment mods for maximum concealment, however, you can use the high capacity magazine clip , also known as the 60 rnd quadstacked magazine by sacrificing one concealment point, making your total detection risk 4. It is also locked in full semi automatic. My goal was to make this AR-14 "scary looking" which is why i also coated it in a desert cammy colour. An overall dangerous high powered assault weapon.

Assault Weapons:Secondary

As a secondary, we will be taking the ithaca shotgun or as i like to call it, the "3+3=5" reffering to Joe's math skills. It is also modded for max concealment.Sadly and logically, we cannot supress a double barrell shotgun so this is the closest concealable fancy shotgun I chose to use. It should get the job done pretty well but remember: In case of emergency always try shooting a blast or two into the air to intimidate your enemies, just like an old mob boss you will hear about soon.

Assault Weapons:Melee

The chain man, the chain. An infamous piece that this loadout couldn't live without. This is the same chain that Joe got at the community pool he worked at, he used it to intimidate Corn Pop who stood down before the mighty chain. I am not promising the intimidation factor will carry over to the game but hey, you can try :)

Perk Deck:Kingpin

You know, sometimes you just cannot breathe, your heart hurts and you need a little pick-me-up. This, is where the adrenaline shot comes in. If your vision starts to fade to black, shoot it up your veins and get back up, in case that doesn't work, there's another way.

Equipment

If the syringe doesn't work, there are two alternatives. A medic bag, the brighter option and body bags which are the darker option of course. Don't get me wrong, you got plenty of them to use on others but hey, won't hurt if you save one for yourself.

Skills

I am using normal stealth skills, this set is also commonly known as the "ultimate stealth skill set" maximizing every possible gadget you might use along with typical mandatory stealth skills.A few to mention are: Secondary saw, Jack of all trades,Drill skills,etc

yeah man, mask customization is really bad in this game that i usually don't edit most of the masks since most of them will end up looking bad

I love this. I personally just run the same build all the time due to my luck being essentially 0. I feel like if I do a dodge build I get one shot shortly into the mission and stealth gets way too complicated in some levels. I did do a stupid build making fun of 46th, I just wish mask customization was a little better so I could make his clown makeup perfect (I named it "Come on Man!"). I have the Mosconi, I named it the "Old Man's Boomstick" and the Peacemaker and called it "Found in The Trash". Both guns have the skins being the color Chocolate and Battle-Worn so they look like they are covered in dirt/crap. I don't really plan on using it but if everyone in the world makes fun of the 45th I can really enjoy making fun of the 46th.

Hopefully in PD3 A) the game isn't doo doo and B) they give us more freedom with customization (and at least keep all the presidents masks since it's now a tradition)... and a better inventory system.
