Step 1. Open some cases
Step 2. Get a job at McDonalds
Step 3. Wait untill you get your first paycheck
Step 4. Buy an unusual
Step 5. (Optional) Flex on your friends, if you have any
The part where you profit
This one is simple and straight to the point
Just wait a couple of years (in hope that tf2 doesn't die by then) and sell it at a bigger price (recomended)

Or, just sell it at a bigger price and someone will eventually buy it
