Why am I getting this error?

You are getting this error, because your processor is overheating. If your cooling is bad, buy a better one. It's still overheating? Then it's a bug...

Solution 1 (Fastest)

Step 1. Remove the cooling from the computer.
Step 2. Remove the CPU.
Step 3. Put it back in.
Step 3 Don't forget to apply the thermal paste
Step 4. Put the cooling back in
Step 5. Is it working? If so, that's it. If not, go to the next solution.

Solution 2 (Slow, but working)

Step 1 Change your PC case
Step 2 Is it working? If so, that's it. If not, go to the next solution.

Solution 3 (the most painful)

Step 1. Change your CPU.
Step 2. Is it working? If so, that's it. If not, downgrade it, that's the only solution. Sorry
