So, honestly its near useless guide:D
But i just wanted to create something that can (MAYBE CAN) help somebody with something.
If you know more secrets you can comment this guide and maybe i'll add it.

To claim it you need to finish fight in this area, after you beat up demons come straight (from entrance) to the end and turn urself left. In the corner you'll see the skull button. After you press it way to Extra Life will be opened.



This Blue Skull is in house you will be in by walkthrough. Just jump to 3rd floor.

BTW this place have one little easter egg i found accidentaly. Its located on opposite side of bridge where the Torch located, right corner.

Left side from spawn.



On breaked bridge, behind the truck.



Place when you need to punch a train, on very entrance to this area u can jump to rightside platform, there is this Automap.



Follow story, after a battle in this area you will jump down in a hole, turn left, there will be the codex (there is no codex on screenshot cuz i accidentaly picked it up).



This one is right after the charged Pinkie. Go up and turn left, in broken house.



Right after u meet two Revenants go straight and in very end break the right wall.




After fight where Screechers and Ghosty snaky guys are. Right side corridor, break the glass wall and pick up ur stuff.




You can claim this one ONLY after fight in next room, door will open only after this event.



Follow story. At very end of the level, after you use lift - turn right and take it.

In area with tentacles turn urself left and go straight, break the wall and claim extra life.

Right after the Automap. You need to jump on left platform, where ally "tank" is.





Another fight, another life... Double dash from this position straight, few tentacles and extra life is yours.




Right after you shoot yourself from the tank or wtf is this thing, turn left.
