First things first, prepare yourself mentally. Completing the entire Dance Battle requires 5 minutes of concentration, and a single mistake results in starting all over again. There are gonna be a lot of mess-ups, and It's gonna take a lot of practice. While the goal is to do things perfectly try and just have fun, and appreciate how hilarious the entire thing is, I can't help but laugh at the way the chief dances right at the start, and that helps keeping things from becoming frustrating.

Now on to the actual Dance Battle. It's not complicated, but knowing how things work will help allot.

Rounds 1, 2, and 3 are pretty straight forward. 4 beats, with the timing getting faster on the 3rd round.
Round 4 is when things get trickier. There are 5 beats, with the 3rd and 4th being a double beat of the same color. Pay attention to the beats of the music during this round, da,da,DaDa,da That's what you want to go along with.
Now The Bonus round, seeing this for the first time made me nervous, it looks like too much to handle, but it's actually deceptive, it's more simple than it looks. There are 8 beats, but really it's 4 beats, then those same 4 beats repeated again. You don't need to worry about learning 8, since it's actually just 4 x2.

The rest from here is practice and persistence, this took me about 3 hours counting some breaks now and then, so good luck.

To the post below, it doesnt work that case.
If you suceed at least 25 (- 30)% of the round, it proceeds, making that method litterally invalid unless you failed at the very 1st of the round.

And the easiest to do is to simply take a phone out and record it like any other "memory games" would asks you to.

You can fail and still get the achievement. Say you’re doing round 4 and you miss one, stop trying to get the rest, the round resets, repeat until you compete round 4 perfectly. As long as you finish the round perfectly it doesn’t matter how many times you failed that individual round. The game will see that you finished that round perfectly, not your previous attempts at that round.

As someone who did this on Xbox back in the day for no reason. getting the achievement was a must after maybe 30 runs or so on keyboard and getting 1 or 2 bonus dances short. i figured ill do it another time and try to get the under 2hr chieve. during this run i did it not caring failing a easy one early then i never failed the rest... was a little annoyed but eh i felt i did it in my own mind at that point.. today i challenge my brother to try... he gave up after 5 runs on keyboard {hes a console player} i suggest plugging a controller in so we do after maybe 10 runs he bails as i was considering doing it with a controller the day b4 i figure ill try for a while... i got it done in maybe 45 mins on controller XD it was much easier tho this may be because of the years i played console but if you have a xbox controller try that it may help alot :]

Fuck this minigame.
What about speedhack in CheatEngine? The thing is available on Win and Mac, but I'm on Linux, so can't check at the moment. Maybe you Windows users could give it a try?
