Pepper enemy with bolts and injure them.
Enemy reaches your lines. AI think HAHA I got you, filthy Ranged man.
Ranged man is a disguised BF 2hander with Quickhands.
After shooting another bolt pointblank you still have 6 AP left.
Ranged man is a 2h BF chad in disguise and swaps to named Mace.

I use to bait the enemy with my bowman which i place some fields before the front line.
The enemy will attack no matter what.
If they reached the bowman, i move him back and attack with meele man.
