描述
This Mod alters Carthage to being white. I am not sure as far as it being Iron man compatible, but I personally hate seeing Carthage being green. I used Istria's color over Carthage.

I see what you are saying. Honestly, it has been a very long time since I messed with the mod. Recently been thinking about getting back into modding. I have been playing Skyrim again the last few days.

Nice. But if i can suggest something, the neighbour Mauretania should be a bit darker to contrast with Cartage.

I just copied over Istria's color over it.
