Auto Start/Stop for Waypoint Autopilot

Only to be used with hostbanani's waypoint autopilot, and to only be used on ships, this microcontroller adds an auto start/stop feature and timer. The timer was designed to give the player a head-start if taking off in a helicopter or launching a skiff from a larger vessel. This microcontroller can work in parallel with hostbanani's "add waypoint keyboard" microcontroller.
