If you want to get 3 time limited achivments (Company of Zeroes, more like; A Relic of the Past; Make War, Not Love) in 2021 you can still get it. Just turn off internet connection, close Steam, change date to 14.02.2015 and open Steam in offline mode. Then just play game. I've started new campaing as Rome house Julii, conqured Italia and declared war on Kathage. Thats all.

Confirmed. Works out very well. It's not even necessary to turn off the internet connection, just play change the date of your PC on play in offline mode. Thanks @LittleDevourer!! :)

time-limited achievements is a douchebag concept

I just changed date to 2015 and relaunched the game, then I got all three achievements (btw I'm storing my saves at PC)
