unique building

Hi, this is the military air traffic control tower model and trxtured created by WTigerTW. This model is based from the ATC tower in Travis AFB, CA,USA. I set it as the unique building, so that it can attract some car and should be able to be used without any DLC.

I assume you are talking about unique building restriction ? If that is the issue you can;t place this, you can use this mod https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2781804786 to disable unique building restriction

you mean the concrete texture ? I believe that is the concrete texture from a theme : SCT home comming . The photo is from my own theme mix but that specific texture is from the theme I mentioned above. It's a very nice theme.
