Location: Behind/for the sawmill from Hod in riverwood is the Merchand for the Guns.

known bugs : The traders doesn´t sell all times, if you want that they sell the items, wait an hour per pressing t and press enter

The guns don't work at close range, they just make the sound but no damage.
