Burgers. Homemade burgers recipe.

Ingredients:
1) Burger buns (with or without sesame, you choose to taste).
2) 350g minced meat (for one burger).
3) A tomato.
4) A Cucumber.
5) Piece of cheese.
6) Lettuce leaves.
7) 1 onion.
8) Mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard or any other sauce of your choice.
9) Spices, salt, pepper to taste.

Recipe:
1) Salt and pepper the minced meat, add any spices and mix well.
2) We form cutlets. They should be large in diameter, as when frying, they will still fry and become smaller in size. From 350g of minced meat, 1 cutlet is obtained.
3) In a frying pan, fry the cutlets on both sides until tender.
4) Cut the burger buns into halves and fry the inside in a dry frying pan. It literally takes 1 minute.
5) Take the bottom of the bun and grease with sauce.
6) We put the lettuce leaf.
7) Put our fried cutlet on a lettuce leaf and grease it with sauce again on top.
8) Next, put a piece of cheese. Ideally, the cutlet should be very hot so that when you put the cheese in, it will start to melt.
9) Next, put a circle of tomato.
10) A couple of cucumber slices.
11) Onion rings (select quantity to taste).
12) Grease the top of the bun on the inside with mayonnaise or other sauce and cover.
