I created this mod entirely for myself, but figured that other people might enjoy some or all of the changes I made.

Galactic Community times are reduced to 60 days for voting, and 300 days for recess, so there's a vote every year. There's also a massive reduction in time for making new resolutions after a passed vote, so that you can keep chaining the votes for a quicker galactic reform.

I also uncapped Assembly Algorithms so that you can keep permanently increasing build speed, and I'm planning on also making it speed up ship build speed by a much smaller factor as well. I also increased the cap for Gravitational Analysis to further reduce the costs of construction. My reason for these changes is that in the super-future, buildings should go up cheap and fast.

Combat Width has been increased to 50 + 2/planet size (A size 25 planet will have 100 combat width, and a size 16 will have 82). This is because I miss the old system where there was no combat width, but also remember that having too many armies in active combat creates the mega lag.

Resource storage capacity for all vanilla resources, I think, is now upgraded to 1M instead of 50k, this includes Influence. I think the reasoning for this is pretty obvious.

Pop demotion time is also insanely low. It's not even worth mentioning demotion time anymore.
