While his abdomen slowly started to bulge and bloat his left arm began to retract into his body instead changing into wormlike twisting tentacles slowly coiling through his sleeve and over his back.

He opened his mouth to a painful silent scream when his organs continued to bloat until his abdomen was torn open and they began to spill out.

Part of his skull broke and gave way to a slowly extending twisted horn. At the same time the toes on his left foot started growing together while the foot split open and slowly hardened into what can only be described as a cloven hoof.

Cleaving in two his lips gave way to two rows of disturbingly many teeth. Boils and abscesses spreading all over his body emitting the disgusting smell of sickness and decay. Twisting maggots and buzzing flies bursting from some of them.

His painful whimpering slowly changing into a frightening giggle. His murky eyes searching the room for them.

For his only wish was to share the Plaguefather’s generous gifts with his loved ones. …
