The more that I look into it, the more it's seeming like some kinda tech demo playtest, rather than a fleshed out game. Sure, it's early access, but £24.99 is way too steep for what's on offer at the moment. Still one to keep tabs on for a few months though I guess

Yeah mate, Shock Force 2 is expensive - usually around £46 I think!! It had been on my list for months before I got it reduced for maybe £30ish. I wouldn't have paid full whack for it, even though it looked really good, and thankfully turned out to be! Dunno if you're actually in the UK, but £46 is around 58US$ probably - if that's any help? :D

shock force 2 is tempting, but the price. on wishlist now too, thanks for that heads up as well.

A few months back, I applied to be a beta tester for Regiments, and played for an hour or so. It's pretty good - kinda similar to Combat Mission: Shock Force 2 if you've ever played that? I have a few Men Of War games from a while back, like the Vietnam one - and MOW II is on my wishlist too :D Have you ever looked at Burden Of Command? That's been on my list for probably the best part of two years, and it still says 'Coming Soon'!!

I also have Regiments and Men of War II on my wishlist as the damage looks a bit better than arma reforger, still up in the air for me.

I put Reforger on my wishlist the other day, but from the little bit that I've read about it so far, it seems as though this one is aimed mostly at MMO/Multiplayer/CO-OP players. Some of the negative reviews here on Steam mention empty servers etc, so as someone who also mostly prefers single player campaigns/missions etc, I'll have to find out more about it to decide whether this is worth a go. Could be like a stepping stone to Arma 4 maybe??
