We will use two different commands to reduce lag. [ai] which disables the ai of selected country, and [delall] which deletes all armies of selected country. With the help of those commands we can delete the countries without actually deleting them. (They dont do anything so they cant lag the game).

I wrote the commands ready to use. I deleted all the african nations but north africa.

How to do it:
1. Open the commands panel
2. Enter the codes below

How to use it on multiplayer?
-> Start the game as singleplayer, execute commands without starting the game, save the game, and load multiplayer game from that save. (Edit: Multiplayer AI cant be turned off but deleting armies can help a bit since AI wont rebuild an army that size again.)

Can I delete more countries?
-> Yes you can, just enter [tdebug] command (which shows tags of the countries) and execute commands for them. ( Like--> ai USA, delall USA)

I found this solution, all credit goes to me and my magnificent mind.
IMPORTANT: I made this for 2000 start date, it can be less usefull in 2017 starting date.

Deleting armies (delall) also deletes their equipments, so you can delete all armies of all countries. This way all countries start their army from zero, no more 40 division uganda as an example. Major countries have an industry to rebuild their armies.

Command:
"delall all"

• Before starting the game disable EU in starting options if you are not playing in europe.
  
• In starting options there is a setting that disables small countries to reduce lag, set that on.
  
• You can use the state transfer tool mod to merge up ocenia, africa and south america, then turn the ai off for that big boys.
  
• Hoi maybe cant love you but neither girls do, keep playing until pain passes.
