PenguinO's 4D4C Switching Hub for MFD System

This micro controller is meant to be lua less.

The 4D4C allows 4 Devices to be accessed and controlled by 4 Client stations at the same time.
However, each device can only accept 1 active control at a time so there is order of precedence as follow:
Client #1 will have priority over 2 3 4
Client #2 will have priority over 3 4
Client #3 will have priority over 4

For passive screen size reporting logic that normally go with touchscreen composite,
the order of precedence is reversed of the above when there is no active touch input.

This micro controller may cause display errors if used with mixed screen sizes.

Additional note to some lua devices that rely on screen detection of onDraw
This micro controller disconnect video logic of inactive devices and allow multiple displays
to connect same device.
