About This Mod

I am working on a new version of this mod that will be modular and touch on nature all around, instead of just plants. Until the new version is released, this one will be left up. The new version will fix the errors that the current one has, as well as reduce the amount of bloat and come with a few new features. The new version will get updates from that point forward. This version will no longer get updates.



Frustrated with mod bloat coupled with my love of colorful plant mods that make the world both more vibrant and more alien while having a bad computer, I decided to make my own plant mod. Not only changing vanilla plants, this mod also adds custom plants and a few other features!

This mod is still extremely WIP, some plants that should don't have leafless textures yet (Namely trees like oak, maple, etc), some plants may not match the description I wrote here (but they should), some plant functions will change with planned updates (Camellia will be used to make matcha tea and no longer drop wood, for example). Don't worry, everything functions (hopefully) without problems.

If you find any problems or have suggestions, please comment them, the feedback helps. I only have a basic understanding of XML though, so there are some things that may be beyond my capabilities.

⭐ Should not be used together with anything that adds plants, as my mod will add most popular types.

I hope this comes back as a pure vanilla texture replacer version, i could use some of these eyebleeders to spice up some biomes.

These errors unfortunately appear no matter what the other mods in the load order are. Even when its the ONLY mod.

Even if the mod were to function despite this, It will make it more difficult to troubleshoot in the future.

This mod looks awesome but sadly i cant use it.

Alas, I don't do youtube. I do have some feedback! If I use the command "harvest fully grown" from another mod, it picks up all the grass. Is there a way to change grass so I don't try to harvest it?

Thank you! You should give it a try, but it'll have to be on a new save as my mod replaces all vanilla trees with custom ones. I'm working on repairing things as I go, and it gets hard sometimes, but I'm doing my best. The most unplayable part of the mod has been fixed now (there was previously no way to get mixed logs) thankfully, so it's just a matter of getting things in better order. Changing the trees back to vanilla and changing all my texture paths is the next giant hurdle I need to face.
