• <indent=0.7em>Have a decoration rating of at least 84%</indent>
• <indent=0.7em>Have at least 400 guests in your park</indent>
• <indent=0.7em>Have a happiness rating of at least 75%</indent>
• <indent=0.7em>Have no loan debts</indent>
• <indent=0.7em>Optional: Sell at least 125 park tickets</indent>
• <indent=0.7em>Optional: Sell at least 250 park tickets</indent>
• <indent=0.7em>Optional: Have at least 800 guests in your park</indent>
