Description
Replaces every panel graphic with neutral panels. Why would you do this?

Also, I know this is broken in Bounty Hunters mode, but there's no way I can fix it with what's currently moddable.

That's an evil idea, I love it. I tested this and it looks like even if the homemarks are invisible the shadow they cast on the panel cannot be modded to be invisible too. So home panels are still easy to identify but Home Roulette will still make it more chaotic. :funny:

I might make it a separate mod, but can't really get to it right now, there's a lot of files to replace.
