What’s this?:
Based on the thousands of low rise social housing up and down the United Kingdom, this is a 4 storey Council Flat with balcony windows. Typically built from the 1970s-1980s, this flat in particular is based on a series built within Swinton, South Yorkshire.

Stats:
Base Building
3,555 Tris (has Diffuse, Illumination, Specular and Normal map)
LOD:
200 Tris (has Diffuse, Illumination, Specular and normal map)

Item in game is a landmark, but can of course be changed to an actual residential using mods such as RICO.
You can find it in game via FindIt! mod by searching for "Council Flat”.

Oh man, I would love to have a try and it, and it's definitely something a Villa supporting mate of mine has suggested in the past. It's on my list of "one day", that is for sure!!!

Hey mate, l absolutely love this asset and ive found it so usable! Not sure if youre taking suggestions, but id love you to take a jab at the old Birmingham Central Library, one of my favourite brutalist buildings. Its sadly been knocked down now but I think it would make a brilliant asset. Many thanks pal.
