@Conway my CPU barely hits 50 ceclius and about 30% usage with that method .

FEEDBACK: Im playing nfs rivals since 2015 and now on pc, I solved all the issues from 30 fps, the way is put 50 fps, 60 fps bugs everything, the sound, the events and things like this, 50 fps no , bellow I'll drag my starting command that I use on steam, just copy and paste, the new or old method doesn't work

-GameTime.MaxSimFps 50 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 50.0

do not follow this guide unless you want the CPU to become jank, I tried it and would never reccommend.
