This is simple, so simple it really doesnt need a guide but I figured theres some out there who didnt think to check so here it is.... Ready for this....

Unplug your controllers/joysticks :) Simple as that, a conflict in control with some games makes multiple input screwy.

If that doesnt work, try uninstalling the driver for your controller/joystick, dont worry, itl of course reinstall if its plug n play and if not you can always go to device manager and update all drivers manually. :)
