Dutch Houseboat Pack

This is one of my longest projects so far, but finally it's there. 4 Dutch-styled houseboats for your Dutch-styled city.
The assets shares textures with each other. When using the Loading Screen Mod, you will be able to save some MB. The boats will float a bit above the water, but are freely placeable and won't mess with the water. By using the Move it! mod, you can lower the boats into the water without getting warnings. The hull is based on the boat by Jacco[3dwarehouse.sketchup.com], all credits for the shape go to him.

Dutch Houseboat 1
This boat is called Motortjalk in Dutch, it's most often a revamped version of an old tjalk, with an modern cabin, and used for vacations. This model has 1881 tris.

Dutch Houseboat 2
This boat is an new house build on an old hull. In the Netherlands, this is called a Woonark. Most of the times, these boats will have no motor anymore. This model has 2119 tris.

Dutch Houseboat 3
This boat is the most traditional, and has the best original tjalk-looks. These were small barges, used for small transportation in the waterrich provinces of The Netherlands. In the front there is a cargo hold, in the back is the old cabin. They used to have masts, but this one doesn't. This model has 2049 tris.

Dutch Houseboat 4
This boat is a longer and more specialised type. It was called a sleepschip or tow ship, and was a kind of ship with it own, deep, rudder, but not it's own motor. It was tugged upon the Rhine by a motor ship. The attribute that stands out the most is the wheelhouse, that is placed behind the deckhouse, instead of in front of the deckhouse, like modern barges. Nowaydays, they aren't in use anymore and function as houses. This model has 1762 tris.
