Ability: Devourer of 10,000 Li +5 Combat Strength for all military units when attacking City Center districts and enemies within 1 tile of a City Center. Capturing an enemy city will grant the conquering unit a free Promotion level, and heal all units by 25 HP. Gain the Half-Moon Formation Chariot unique unit with Defensive Tactics. Unique Unit: Half-Moon Formation Chariot Chinese unique Classical Era unit that replaces the Heavy Chariot, when Liu Yu is their leader. Unlocked by Defensive Tactics. Stronger than the Heavy Chariot it replaces, but cannot attack unless next to a River. +2 Movement if starting adjacent to a River. Adjacent enemy cavalry units receive -1 Movement and -10 Combat Strength. Agenda: Slayer of Emperors Tries to conquer his neighbor, and has no hesitation to conquer city states. Likes civilizations that clear out barbarian outposts, provided they are not his neighbor.

When Phantagonist's Chinese Dynasty Uniques is active, Liu Yu has access to uniques of the Southern Dynasties.
