"Does it really exist?"

When you reach this room you have to collect the 6 metal balls and put them in the bowls. Then mash the use button [E] at the wheel until you get teleported.

"Deliver the ceramic doll to the stand fixture."

The doll is located in a shed in the first chapter:

Carry it along until you meet Lisa the scientist. (Your weapons get fizzled when you enter this area)
Break the window of room 12 and climb through (took me a while, I thought it was bugged)

"Deal with arcade cabinet."

located in chapter 5:

Shoot the wood blocking the 2nd window

play the arcade game until you reach score 197:

If you struggle:
Use quicksave between the stages, so you don't have to do a perfect run of the arcade

Hidden Ending / Flawless work

Flawless work
"Complete your mission but end your story too."

After the last battle do not cross the bridge. Instead go up to the right:

Then enter Code:

Take the clothes of the body & walk out,

Good work / Thin link

"Complete your mission but find a new way."

After the last battle go over the bridge & enjoy the credits

"It seems this isn't the only story in this universe."

After the credits roll there is another chapter to play. You have to rely on stealth, no weapons here.
When you finish the chapter you get the achievement.

Collect Weapons

There are 4 achievemets for collecting weapons:

Cheeke-breeke
"Sawed-off shotgun in your hands now."

map sde_a05_sewer_a

The Sawed-off shotgun is located in a safe in the first map of chapter 2.
Climb up to the vents.

Go to the right for the key, go straight to the safe.

Familiar tool
"Red pipe wrench in your hands now."

When you have to use the crane through the large room: the wrench is located on the bridge from the crane.

Silent and fast
"Silent SMG in your hands now."

After completing the crane puzzle head up the stairs and find the key at a window for another safe.

The safe is behind a painting.

Big iron
"357 in your hands now."

After you fought your way through the tunnels, you'll get to a server room with a boss batle.
There you will find the safe and the key:

The Key ist left of the electrecuted door.

And you got your magnum.

I experienced the doll room bug as well, lol. I can climb in and out perfectly with the doll in hand, but with it back on its place it's really hard to get out. I used a cup in the room and was finally able to exit, but if you're too lazy you can just reload after putting the doll lol.

you can also find the magnum somewhere on the surface ( i forgot where but it is infested with combine ) and it is somewhere inside on a chair

Hey, I have a problem, I've already beaten the Arcade game 3 times, once with saves, once without but on the same save and the last time with save from before these two and still I didn't get the achievement.
