Stop playing Matchmaking or at least take a break from that toxic environment, trust me your only wasting your time if your trying to improve! Iv played thousands of regular Matchmaking games and tbh they haven't relay helped me much on becoming a better player, sure regular matchmaking is fun with a good group of friends but solo que wise i don't recommend it!

Start playing matchmaking on Third party sites like:

Faceit[www.faceit.com]

Esportal[esportal.com]

ESEA[play.esea.net]


I also highly suggest that you start playing deathmatch on community servers and download a few workshop maps
that take a closer look on how the competitive maps
actually work & teach you the most basic smokes/flashes!



Here's a few examples on workshop maps that i use.

1. Aim Training - Aim Botz - Training

2. Nade Training - Yprac Map Guides

3. Change your Crosshair/viewmodel/everything else - Config Generator ✮ crashz & Misterio

As for a better deathmatch experience i use the Brutalcs[www.brutalcs.nu] servers!

Don't rage, i know it's hard but you have to try to keep it together, raging will not only impact your ability to perform but will also impact your teammates s' focus on the game ant their mentality to that game, in most cases they will lose motivation & focus and start underperforming and make you lose the game.

Eventually when you do come back to the world of matchmaking don't play with low Trust factor players, mainly because most people with low Trust factor players are Toxic, Greifers or even Cheaters so be aware with whom you play with!

Take short breakes between matches,
take a short walk and drink some water,
don't play alot matches in a row
