P-4 flats

Omschrijving
The P-4 series is a less common building design of the late USSR. It was built in the years 1973-1980 exclusively in Moscow. As far as I could find out, 5 copies of it were built (though it seems some variants with different shapes exist with the same name).

Contrary to many elongated highrises, this one is cross-shaped with 7 apartments per floor, including a 4-room, each with their balcony. With its small footprint and 22 floors it is a nice option for dense urban planning.

The model is textured mainly based on one of the buildings located in Tushino district in NW Moscow.

Capacity: 330 adults. 91pc quality.

красиво я сам делал похожий мод ,но этот мод более реалистичный чем мой хоть я и сам из Москвы живу не далеко от Ясенево поэтому пытаюсь делать дома которые вокруг меня:steamthumbsup:

Возможно, хотя настоящие дома в Москве - асфальтовые.

Tы можешь удалить его, удалив следующие строки в building.ini:


$CONNECTIONS_ROAD_DEAD_SQUARE
18.32 -18.4
-18.32 18.32

но это оставит пешеходные связи "в воздухе"

thanks Junna for those extra infos. When I found the ones you referred to, I also thought the 3rd on there was the same series, but had doubts because of the different layout of balconies.
I was pretty tempted to model that one too btw ^_^

I suppose the intersecting composition makes sense given some photos that come up in the image searching where we see a cross-shapped building with longer step-like wings.
Maybe I should add you in my list of expert Soviet architecture consultants btw :P

There are 6 or 7 P-4, and there was a further one which was completed using the Unified Frame instead but to a similar layout (at Ulitsa Svobody, next to the other two actual P-4 in Tsushino).

The design was originally envisioned as a intersecting composition where several other block sections converge (that's why the outward facing sides are blind), but it was built only as single point blocks.

It can be mistaken for other forms of later series P with a vaguely similar configuration (P-22 and PD-3/22 in particular). :3
