Atlas' Gameplay Settings (and fixes)

DOES NOT REQUIRE ACE TO WORK.

A CBA settings mod that allows you to adjust most elements of infantry gameplay - stamina, sway, weapon recoil, load coef, etc. Also adds settings to fix some bugs in the game(not yet added) and ACE (only one right now).

I might add more if something comes to mind, like setting the character traits (medic, engineer, etc), but it takes a bit of mental gymnastics to work properly.

It's aimed to replace the various no sway and no stamina mods on the Workshop. However, the host/server admin can enforce these values, so it should be safe for even PVP if set up correctly.

Note: it's not advised that you set sway to 0 mid-way through a mission, as the weapon can get locked off-center (because the sway animation freezes completely at 0. This technically does not affect gameplay but is very annoying). So, either start with 0 sway or let it have some sway, so your sights are not off to the side.

- Added a setting to fix ACE AF's stamina bar: when set to non-fade, ACE Advanced Fatigue's stamina bar could fail to show up upon respawn. This setting forces it to show up. Does nothing if Adv. Fatigue is off, the bar is hidden or it is set to fade in the settings.
