Description
To be used with Divinity Unleashed. Can be used independently. Alters skill to cause blindness and knocked down for two turns instead of knocked down for one. This is because knocked down no longer completely neutralises a target for one turn. For people who do not want to faff about weapon swapping to get offhand empty value.
