Swans

RUS На 2 уровне, после того как убьёте босса. Заберитесь на лебедя.
ENG At level 2, after you kill the boss. Climb the swan.

Secret

RUS Просто найдите все секреты на любом из уровней. Видео в помощь.
ENG Just find all the secrets on any of the levels. Video to help.

Secret of Vyšehrad

RUS Нажмите на этот кирпич в церкви (с правой стороны). Поднимите и опустите колонну с помощью кнопки. Войдите в проход и взорвите саркофаг, там будет лежать ключ. В самом конце уровня на озере, откройте дверь с помощью этого ключа.
ENG Click on this brick in the church (On the right side). Raise and lower the column using the button. Enter the passage and blow up the sarcophagus, there will be a key. At the very end of the level on the lake, open the door with this key.

Where is Gottwald?

RUS После победы над боссом вернитесь к гробу.
ENG After defeating the boss, return to the coffin.

Roadkill

RUS Надо на мотоцикле убить 10 врагов. Можно сделать на 2 уровне, 1 эпизода.
ENG You need to kill 10 enemies on a motorcycle. Can be done at level 2, episode 1.

Kick

RUS Надо чтобы футбольный мяч попал во врага. Это достижение можно сделать на 4 уровне, 1 эпизода.
ENG The soccer ball needs to hit the enemy. This achievement can be done at level 4, episode 1.

Endless Mode

RUS Тут ничего сложного нет. Надо просто продержаться 5, 10 и 15 волн в Endless Mode. Любая сложность. Можно выполнить на любой из двух карт на выбор. Я сделал на второй карте с первого раза.
ENG There is nothing complicated here. You just need to survive waves 5, 10 and 15 in Endless Mode. Any difficulty. Can be performed on any of the two maps to choose from. I did on the second map.

Keep clean

RUS На 5 уровне, 1 эпизода на другой стороне рельс, есть комната с туалетом. Смойте туалет.
ENG At level 5, episode 1 on the other side of the rail, there is a room with a toilet. Flush the toilet.

Rodeo

RUS На 4 уровне, 1 эпизода. Включите стиральную машинку и заберитесь на неё.
ENG Level 4, episode 1. Turn on the washing machine and climb onto it.

Just You Wait!

RUS Находится на уровне E1M3, за дверью с серебряным ключом на полу. Так же её можно найти в самом начале уровня E2M1. У меня ушло около 20 попыток. В целом это достижение не сложное. Иногда из разбитых яиц дают дополнительную жизнь и можно будет играть дальше. Так же есть элемент удачи, чтобы яйца падали чаще с одной из сторон.
ENG Located on level E1M3, behind a door with a silver key on the floor. It can also be found at the very beginning of the E2M1 level. It took me about 20 tries. In general, this achievement is not difficult. Sometimes from broken eggs they give an extra life and you can continue to play. So there is an element of luck so that the eggs fall more often from one side.

Sickle

RUS Нужно убить серпом, подряд 5 монстров без повреждений. Можно сделать на любом уровне. Легче всего убить "акул" или крыс. Также можно сделать в начале E2M1, убить 4 цыплят, а затем убить палача.
ENG You need to kill 5 monsters in a row with a sickle without damage. Can be done at any level. The easiest way to kill "sharks" or rats. Also can be done at the beginning of E2M1, kill 4 chickens and then kill the executioner.

Fidas vide

RUS На уровне E2M1 будет висеть портрет, а на нём будет надпись. Надо нажать на надпись, появится монстр и вы получите достижение. Скриншот в помощь.
ENG At the E2M1 level there will be a portrait with an inscription on it. You need to click on the inscription, a monster will appear and you will receive an achievement. Screenshot to help.

RUS Этот гриб можно найти на уровне E2M1. Скриншот в помощь.

On A Rail

RUS Вам надо ехать на вагонетки. Это достижение является сюжетным, так как чтобы завершить карту, вам придётся на ней ехать. Она находится на уровне E2M2.
ENG You need to go to the trolleys. This achievement is story-driven, as you will have to ride it to complete the map. It is at the E2M2 level.

Butchery

RUS Нужно убить все монстров на уровне. Проще всего сделать в E1M1. Только не забывайте открывать секретные комнаты, так как там тоже есть монстры.
ENG You need to kill all the monsters on the level. The easiest way to do this is in E1M1. Just remember to open secret rooms, as there are monsters there too.

Horse meat

RUS Это достижение можно сделать на любом уровне где есть лошадь. После того как вы её убьёте, расчлените её. Просто стреляйте/бейте по ней и она превратится в "мясо".
ENG This achievement can be done at any level where there is a horse. After you kill her, dismember her. Just shoot / hit it and it will turn into "meat".

Meat processing plant

RUS Тут всё просто, вам нужно в совокупности, на всех уровнях убить 500 монстров.
ENG Everything is simple here, you need to kill 500 monsters in total, at all levels.

Headsman

RUS Как только палач подпрыгнет, подпрыгивайте и вы, и стреляйте в него. То есть вы оба должны находится в воздухе (в прыжке). Стреляйте из двухстволки, так вы убьёте его с одного выстрела. Можно сделать в самом начале E2M1.
ENG As soon as the executioner jumps up, jump up and you and shoot him. That is, both of you must be in the air (jumping). Shoot with a double-barreled gun, so you will kill him with one shot. Can be done at the very beginning of E2M1.

Not a scratch

RUS Нужно не получить урона. Достаточно лёгкое достижение, его можно получить на уровне E1M1 без особых усилий, на сложность "Очень легко". Остерегайтесь собак, особенно за лестницей. Многих можно убить из далека пистолетом.
ENG You need to take no damage. An easy enough achievement, it can be obtained at level E1M1 without much effort, on the "Very Easy" difficulty. Beware of dogs, especially behind stairs. Many can be killed from a distance with a pistol.

Burning Bear

RUS В начале уровня E2M5 появится медведь. Вам надо бежать через мост, там будет небольшая площадь с оружием, которое будет на скриншоте. Стреляйте в медведя из гранатомёта и вы получите достижение. Медведь должен гореть.
ENG A bear will appear at the beginning of level E2M5. You need to run across the bridge, there will be a small area with a weapon, which will be in the screenshot. Shoot it at the bear and you will get the achievement. The bear must be on fire.

Red Wine

RUS На уровне E2M5 будет погреб. Там будут стоять 3 бутылки вина. Вам надо выпить их все очень быстро. Нажимайте на неё, пока бутылка не упадёт. Надо играть на уровне сложности "Очень легко".
ENG There will be a cellar on level E2M5. There will be 3 bottles of wine. You need to drink them all very quickly. Click on it until the bottle falls. Play on the "Very Easy" difficulty level.

Tunnel

RUS В конце уровня E2M5 будет лестница ведущая к выходу. Вы услышите лошадиное ржание, как только она прекратилось, остановитесь и посмотрите на верх. Там будет электрощиток, выстрелите в него. После этого идите в дверь и около космонавта, справа будет туннель вниз, прыгните туда и получите достижение. (Так же будет открыт секретный уровень).
ENG At the end of level E2M5 there will be a staircase leading to the exit. You will hear a horse neigh, as soon as it stops, stop and look up. There will be an electrical panel, shoot it. After that, go through the door and near the astronaut, there will be a tunnel down on the right, jump there and get the achievement. (A secret level will also be unlocked).

Treasure

RUS Вам надо найти 50 секретов. Это не очень сложно, так как их на самом деле намного больше.
ENG You need to find 50 secrets. This is not very difficult, since there are actually many more of them.

Bestiary

RUS Просто пройдите оба эпизода, тем самым вы убьёте каждый вид монстра в игре и сможете получить это достижение.
ENG Simply complete both episodes and you'll kill every type of monster in the game and you'll be able to get this achievement.

Cauliflower brain

RUS Это сюжетное достижение, вы его не пропустите. Надо пройти 2 эпизод, под названием "The Degustation". Эпизод состоит из 9 уровней.
ENG This is a story achievement you won't miss. You must complete 2 episode called "The Degustation". The episode consists of 9 levels.

Bees

RUS Это достижение можно получить на E2M8. Вам надо разрушить ульи, а после этого убежать от пчёл и прыгнуть в воду.
ENG This achievement can be obtained at E2M8. You need to destroy the hives, and then run away from the bees and jump into the water.

Cuckoo

RUS Это достижение вы можете получить на уровне E2M8. В одном из зданий есть часы. Эти часы отображают время вашего компьютера. Вам надо перевести время на 23:59 (11:59 AM) и дождаться когда они пробьют 00:00 часов.
ENG You can get this achievement at level E2M8. There is a clock in one of the buildings. This clock displays the time of your computer. You need to change the time to 23:59 (11:59 AM) and wait for them to strike 00:00 hours.

Original Plates

RUS Это достижение выполняется на двух уровнях E2M8 и E2M9. Вам надо найти все 8 тарелок, а после этого, на следующем уровне поставить их на стол (автоматически ставятся). Тарелки находятся в основном в секретных местах.
ENG This achievement is completed at two levels E2M8 and E2M9. You need to find all 8 plates, and after that, at the next level, put them on the table (automatically placed). The plates are mostly in secret places.

Viscera Cleanup

RUS После победы над боссом на уровне E2M9, у вас появится швабра, вам надо очистить площадь от ошмётков и крови врагов.
ENG After defeating the boss in level E2M9, you will have a mop, you need to clear the area from the limbs and blood of enemies.

Cute trains

RUS Уровень E3M3. Вам надо включить железную дорогу и любоваться тем как едут поезда 3 минуты.
ENG Level E3M3. You need to turn on the railway and admire how the trains go for 3 minutes.

Prague Ratter

RUS В E3M4 вам надо взаимодействовать с двумя собаками. Первая находится в самом начале уровня, вторая около церкви. Когда вы повзаимодействуете с первой собакой, она пойдёт за вами, как только увидите вторую собаку сделайте тоже самое и получите достижение.
ENG In E3M4 you have to interact with two dogs. The first is at the very beginning of the level, the second is near the church. When you interact with the first dog, it will follow you, as soon as you see the second dog, do the same and get the achievement.

Rathaus

RUS Вам надо найти вход в секретный уровень. Начните игру на уровне Е3М4 пройдите его до самого конца, но не нажимаете кнопку выхода с уровня. Вернитесь назад в катакомбы, там где у вас отобрали оружие. В самом начале катакомб вы увидите знак, который показан на скриншоте. Прыгайте вниз и вы попадёте на секретный уровень, он же Е3М5.
ENG You need to find the entrance to the secret level. Start the game on the E3M4 level, go through it to the very end, but do not press the exit button from the level. Go back to the catacombs, where the weapons were taken from you. At the very beginning of the catacombs, you will see the sign shown in the screenshot. Jump down and you will reach a secret level, aka E3M5.

Dove of Peace

RUS На уровне Е3М5 (Секретный), когда вы откроете очередную дверь вы увидите голубей, подойдите к ним поближе и они взлетят. Тогда просто убейте одного из них.
ENG On level E3M5 (Secret), when you open one of the doors you will see pigeons, get close to them and they will fly up. Then just kill one of them.

Pack of Hounds

RUS Вам надо играть подряд два уровня Е3М4 и Е3М5 (Секретный). На уровне Е3М4 есть 3 собаки, две вы не пропустите, а ещё одна находится в секретном месте. Вам надо на платформе метро подойти к поезду, который стоит справа. Около первого вагона нажать на одну из плиток на потолке и тогда откроется секретный проход. Потом вам надо пойти в секретный уровень и найти там ещё одну собаку.
ENG You need to play two consecutive levels E3M4 and E3M5 (Secret). There are 3 dogs in level E3M4, two you won't miss, and one more is in a secret place. You need to go to the subway platform to the train, which is on the right. Near the first train car, click on one of the tiles on the ceiling and then a secret passage will open. Then you need to go to the secret level and find another dog there.

Bonus

RUS На уровне Е3М6 в самом конце вы увидите своего рода игру, вам надо успеть нажать на экран, когда там будут три одинаковых числа. Число может быть любым.
ENG At the very end of the E3M6 level, you will see a kind of game, you need to have time to click on the screen when there are three identical numbers. The number can be anything.

Sauna

RUS Это достижение легко получить на уровне E3M2. Ближе к концу уровня будет бассейн, а там дверь (смотрите скриншот), ведущая в сауну. Просто зайдите туда и вы получите достижение.
ENG This achievement is easy to get at level E3M2. Toward the end of the level there will be a pool, and there is a door (see screenshot) leading to the sauna. Just go there and you will get the achievement.

Top

RUS На уровне E3M1 вам надо раскрутить волчок.
ENG At level E3M1 you need to spin the top.

Knock knock

RUS На уровне E3M1 вам надо открыть дверь туалета и сразу же выстрелить в деревянное дно туалета и тогда тритон упадёт вниз и вы получите достижение.
ENG In level E3M1 you need to open the toilet door and immediately shoot at the wooden bottom of the toilet and then the newt will fall down and you will get the achievement.

Dances with Newts

RUS Вам надо двигаться и прыгать с ними некоторое время, когда играет музыка из колонки.
ENG You have to move and jump with them for a while when the music from the speaker is playing.

Molotov

RUS Вам надо кинуть бутылку с вином и поджечь её 4-х противников одновременно. Я сделал это на арене.
ENG You need to throw a bottle of wine and set fire to 4 monsters at the same time. I did it in the arena.

They are probably blind

RUS Убейте минами 10 монстров. Не подряд.
ENG Kill 10 monsters with mines. Not in a row.

Kicked grenade

RUS Киньте гранату рядом с монстром себе под ноги и пните её в его сторону.
ENG Throw a grenade next to the monster at your feet and kick it in his direction.

Gastroscopy

RUS Получите автоматически на уровне E3M2.
ENG Get automatically at the E3M2 level.

Fall

RUS Это достижение можно получить на уровне E2M5. Пните врага вниз с того места, которое показано на скриншоте.
ENG This achievement can be obtained at level E2M5. Kick the enemy down from the spot shown in the screenshot.

Postcard from Poland

RUS Это достижение можно получить на уровне E3M3. Разбейте почтовые ящики и поднимите открытку.
ENG This achievement can be obtained at level E3M3. Break the mailboxes and pick up the postcard.

Bony

RUS Это достижение можно получить на уровне E3M6. Уничтожьте папку на столе и поднимите, то что было внутри.
ENG This achievement can be obtained at level E3M6. Destroy the folder on the table and pick up what was inside.

Eggs in Aspic

RUS Это достижение вы получите автоматически, когда пройдёте 3й эпизод.
ENG You will receive this achievement automatically when you complete the 3rd episode.

For services

RUS Это достижение вы получите автоматически, когда пройдёте все 3 эпизода.
ENG This achievement will automatically unlock when you complete all 3 episodes.

Revenge

RUS Это достижение вы получите автоматически после того как завершите E3M8.
ENG This achievement is automatically unlocked after you complete E3M8.

Badge of honor

RUS Уровни для прохождения на самой высокой сложности - E1M1, E2M6, E3M3, E3M5, E3M8, E3M9. Это те уровни которые проходил я. Вы можете выбрать другие, которые считаете более лёгкими.
ENG Levels to complete on the highest difficulty - E1M1, E2M6, E3M3, E3M5, E3M8, E3M9. These are the levels I went through. You can choose others that you think are easier.

Astronomical clock

RUS После полного завершения игры, вы должны в главном меню выбрать Dank Stuff - Orloj и на этом уровне подойти к башне с часами и взаимодействовать с ней.
ENG After the game is completed, you must select Dank Stuff - Orloj from the main menu and at this level go to the clock tower and interact with it.

Remote achievements / Удалённые достижения

RUS Достижения, которые были добавлены, а позже удалены разработчиком.
ENG Achievements that were added and later removed by the developer.

Still live

RUS Просто перевидите дату на компьютере на 10 лет вперёд и запустите игру. Временно удалено.
ENG Just move the date on the computer 10 years forward and start the game. Temporarily removed.

World peace

RUS Вам надо пройти уровень никого не убив. Проще всего сделать на уровне E1M1, на сложности "очень легко". Первоначально возьмите бронежилет за ящиками (секрет). Потом когда поднимитесь на лифте в метро, соберите всех на станции и бегайте вокруг центральной (стеклянной) постройки. Враги будут кидать гранаты и сами себя перебьют. Когда все будут мертвы, забирайте ключ и быстро бегите к выходу. В любом случае вам понадобится несколько попыток, чтобы понять как действовать.
ENG You need to complete the level without killing anyone. Easiest to do at E1M1, on difficulty "very easy". Initially, take the bulletproof vest behind the drawers (secret). Then when you take the elevator in the subway, gather everyone at the station and run around the central (glass) building. Enemies will throw grenades and kill themselves. When everyone is dead, take the key and quickly run to the exit. In any case, you will need a few tries to figure out how to proceed.

Спасибо огромное за руководство,делюсь стимпоинтами

Есть так же немного информации дополнительной,может дополнишь при желании.
Ачивка Fall : получил её пиная висельников во второй главе,встречаются иногда там.
Ачивка Dove of Peace : смог получить её на уровне Госпиталя(3.2) там есть один момент где после открытия двери на балконе взлетает пачка голубей.

Я так и не понял где брать молотов в игре ибо он на уровнях не встречается, а бутылку вина кинуть нельзя.

@One Man Gaming I kicked in front of a grenade throwing enemy as he started to throw the grenade. I was back just far enough that he wouldn't switch to melee.

I can't get the Kicked grenade achiev for some reason. I throw the nade, it bounces, I kick it and it kills an enemy. Why it doesn't count?

I stood with them for a while, didn't count how many. I jumped, kicked in the air and moved the music column.

Dances with Newts: i have came to them and stand there for 3 minutes and nothing happend . What should excatly to do ?

I noticed birds flying away on the Hospital level. Maybe by shooting them here you can get the dove of peace achievement and not just E3M5
