GMod made a patch that fixes the problem that this addon fixes as well.

Your car dealer started dying recently?
The addon is abandoned or not fixed yet?
Here is a patch.
Note: this might affect AI entities which are allowed to die, but since this problem mostly affects DarkRP servers I don't think you will encounter something like this.

this thing made all my ncps unkillble, pls if you want use the mods you have disable it. if you then want use this ncp please enable it.

It prevents NPCs from dying in case you had problems with NPC recently, this will no longer be useful because the game will fix the problem in the next update
