UK Brutalist House

Making a city, but lack those ambitious brutalist projects the local council undertook in the 60s/70s? Well, look no further than this, the UK Brutalist House. This building comes straight from Camden’s own Alexandra and Ainsworth Estate. Designed in a brutalist style in 1968 by Neave Brown of Camden Council's Architects Department. Construction work commenced in 1972 and was completed in 1978. It is constructed from site-cast, board-marked white, unpainted reinforced concrete. Along with 520 apartments, the site also includes a school, community centre, youth club, heating complex, and parkland. It’s iconic look has made it a well visited place for architecture fans and film makers alike. You may recognise it from such movies as Kingsman: The Secret Service, or from the handful of music videos filmed there.

LOD：476 Tris (has Diffuse, Specular, Normal and Illumination map): LOD Count is a little on the high side, but it does work, and doesn’t seem particularly taxing on my awfully slow laptop…
Building serves as a Landmark in game.
Please note: Building is pre-decorated. This decision was made to allow players the choice to do with the buildings whatever they wish with relative ease.
