By time is a flat circle

S Tier
The best gem of them all? Easily, it's the blue gem. Even the creators of Bejeweled recognized the superiority of the blue gem, going as far as to put the gem on the box art of the game. It's the prettiest, most stylish gem, as well as being the most important gem of the Bejeweled meta.
A Tier
In the A tier comes two gems tied for second best: the red squares and the silver circles. Both gems are classic, and quite useful. I often find my best combos being built off of the perfect aligning of the red gems. Meanwhile, the silver circles are quite consistent in their positioning and are also quite beautiful.
B Tier
In the B tier lies the purple triangles. While I often find these triangles useful in matching and creating more powerful gems, I also think that their shade of purple is kind of annoying. Purple triangles feel obnoxious and taunting. However, I can't deny their strategic value.
C Tier
In the C tier comes the yellow kites. Now, these are alright, but really they're nothing special. In terms of how many matches I make with them, and their appearance, they're quite middling. They're easily the most forgettable of the gems.
D Tier
Now we really get to the weak gems in the game. In the D tier lies the orange hexagons, an awkward, stupid, and ugly gem. They are visually the weakest of the gems, and I find them constantly disappointing me. The only reason they are not in F tier is I find them to be slightly more useful than the final gem on this list.
F Tier
Finally, the worst gem in Bejeweled 3: the green hexagons. While not the ugliest, these gems constantly piss me off. I often find them hidden in little corners, far away from their green companions, unable to be matched, taking up space. They are a waste of space, letting me down, making me lose the timed games. They are pathetic. Screw the green gems.
Conclusion
Thank you for reading this guide, hopefully now you understand the competitive value of each gem in Bejeweled 3.

Also, this is probably the dumbest guide i've ever made, possibly dumber than the risk of rain 2 vodka guide

Diamond, Pearl, Ruby, Amethyst, Topaz, Amber, Emerald.

Orange is my favourite colour but I still agree with this tier list overall. Amber kinda worse than emerald tho even and I'd take an amethyst over a pearl.

because blue diamonds are the most common they classified as S rank and since silver circles and red squares are second they are A rank and since purple triangles are 3rd most common they are B rank the yellow kites, orange hexagons, and green hexagons are like a 0.000000000000000000000000001% chance to find and
