Unlocking "Scrap Delivery" in less than 5 minutes

Tired of defeating endless waves of drones but still want the "Scrap Delivery" achievement because you're a completionist ?
Here's how to unlock it in less than 5 minutes.

Modus operandi

First start a Never Surender scenario
Go to the "Space Base" beacon and make sure the first wave is coming in a few minutes (check the textbox on the top left side of the UI)
Save and quit the game
Then in your WIndows' searchbar type %appdata%
Navigate to the following path :
C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves\YOURPROFILENUMBER\Never Surrender XXXXXXX\YOUR SAVE
Open the Sandbox.sbc file with Windows Text Editor
Inside the text editor, open the search box with Ctrl+F
Then type Destroyed_Drone_Count and press Enter
Exit the search box and change the number between <Value></Value> to 999
Save the file by pressing Ctrl+S
Launch and load your "Never Surrender" game
Defeat the coming wave of drone and the achievement should appear, if not, try to save your game.

This still works (mostly) - however the lines did not appear in the file until I had completed the first wave, so I recommend finishing at least one wave before attempting the rest as that all works fine from there on.

Thank you for this guide! It still works! I didn't make a new scenario tho but rather changed the value in the scenario I was playing that was at wave 176. The value said it was almost at 800 so still had a few to go but I was over leaving my computer afking this achievement. This method makes it so much easier! Thank you again!

Tried it for a friend but couldn't found the "Destroyed_Drone_Count" in the "Sandbox.sbc". Did they updated it ?

Having had to go through over 200 waves of drones without getting the achievement, I must say my patience ran out, especially since others have gotten it in dozens less waves than I did. So I simply went ahead and followed this guide to edit the kill count in my existing save, because screw doing another 50 waves when I'm already past 200. Seeing that others got it in less than 170 waves is just making me ree.

Thank you, I just use the info to know how many drones left to reach the goal ! 250 more and it's done.

@itbedehaam , Same, Well I got it normally but after getting the advancements I could without cheating I just went ham, added so many weapon mods and went ham to see how many waves I could afk with my defenses destroying them
