Typically what I've done is regeneration and auto exp as priorities, followed by rage unlimited, remote detonator, snare, and friendly fire, then balancing things that enhance turret and ghost drops with mobility/survivability, and late game start picking up the venom, seeker, hand of god tree to help thin the horde. Some day I'll play multi again, but every time I have has seen so little cooperation it's worthless. But to the credit of this guide, a few of the things I hadn't considered, like using remote detonator to thin the horde and trigger waves of suicide bombers (an absolute must mid to late game). Well done with this.
