These are battle droids from VreJ, but just with poor accuracy. You can now cut down droids with your saber without using force absorb... probably
Just because they have poor accuracy doesn't mean they won't kick your ass in droves

Every other VJ snpc has poor accuracy; how do I fix this?

Ah it reminds me those times in the Clone Wars when the battle droids had moments when they couldn't seem to hit anything and General Grievous would just get angry and hit his own battle droid... lol
